  • Biography

    Lincoln Palsgrove has over 15 years of professional experience in marketing and public relations at Fortune 500 companies including leadership in the non-profit sector advancing philanthropic and urban planning initiatives. During his career, Mr. Palsgrove has led marketing, sales, and leasing for over 100 million square feet of real estate. His previous 10 years were spent at the Dallas based Howard Hughes Corporation and New York based Brookfield Properties where he developed internal teams and consumer brand campaigns for large-scale mixed-use properties across the United States.

     

    His work at Howard Hughes resulted in 3 awards for marketing excellence granted by the International Council of Shopping Centers. Prior, Mr. Palsgrove spent many years at the Alliance for Downtown New York instituting federal infrastructure improvements in the wake of September 11th, 2001, within lower Manhattan, the second largest central business district in the country.

     

    Mr. Palsgrove graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications including Dean’s Honors. Mr. Palsgrove recently joined APRE Consulting, a company specializing in corporate communications, investor relations and strategic marketing consulting services. Since then, the firm has provided services to a select group of private and publicly listed companies.
